Strategic Contracting is a specialty contractor focusing on Life Safety for existing facilities and new construction projects.  We are WBE and DBE Certified.  We strive to bring wisdom, integrity, expertise, and lots of enthusiasm to every job. 

Our projects range from Perimeter Containment, Firestopping, Smoke Sealants, Slab Edge, Air Barriers, and Rain Screens to Specialty and General Contracting.  We also provide proactive fire and life safety solutions to save lives and protect property.  Our goal is to keep facilities compliant by offering retainer services which include code compliance surveys and Life Safety Quality Control inspections. 

We have a 100% Pass Rating with Authorities Having Jurisdiction. Engaging with project managers, designers, and engineers ensures the delivery of a quality, code compliant and safe construction, or remediation project.  We strive to build long-term relationships with each of our clients.  In turn, our clients get what's best for their projects.
