Harris & Dickey is a women-owned professional services firm located in Dallas, TX.  We have been in business  15 years serving medium to large companies in all industries.  We provide very experienced professionals for special projects and interim staffing either as a sole contributor, a project manager or a team.  Our experience lies in the accounting, finance, internal audit and IT risk areas of a company. Why Harris & Dickey?  1. Experience of our personnel.  All employees are W2; we do not hire 1099.  All employees have college degrees, 15+ years' experience, both consulting/accounting firm and industry experience and the appropriate certifications such CPA, CIA, CISSP, CFE, etc.  2.  No "plug and play" solutions.  We refuse to deliver “plug and play” solutions, i.e., providing a professional on our bench whether they meet the needs of the client or not. We listen to our clients’ needs to thoroughly understand their unique situations and provide the best candidate that not only matches the client's needs but also fits into the culture.  They will stay till the engagement is done.
