CSLLC was founded in March of 2017 by LeeAnn and Bryan Murdock, a husband-and-wife team who decided to leave their corporate careers and start their own small business. After establishing the company as a Minnesota Limited Liability company, LeeAnn became the majority stockholder. LeeAnn's background as a former US Army Reserves and Minnesota Army National Guard helicopter mechanic and medical device technical representative proved to be invaluable, as she quickly adapted to the environmental consulting industry and obtained both Minnesota and national licenses as a radon measurement professional. In her role at CSLLC, LeeAnn oversees business administration, marketing, document review, accounts receivable, radon surveying, and assists with a variety of field work opportunities. Bryan, who is also a co-owner of the company, brings over 34 years of environmental consulting experience to his role as proposal preparer, project manager, field scientist, and report writer. His career began as a chemistry laboratory technician at Twin City Testing's St. Paul office in 1988. CSLLC's office is based out of our home office located in Wyoming, Minnesota.  CSLLC has been a Central Certification (CERT) Program vendor since December, 2020 and we are certified as Emerging Small Business Enterprise, Small Business Enterprise, and Woman Business Enterprise.   

Since our inception, our business model has remained unchanged. We offer "Environmental Services for Modern and Natural Landscapes" to clients seeking specialized expertise, professionalism, trust, personalized service, flexibility, and cost-effectiveness. Our return clients appreciate having senior staff involved in every aspect of their projects, as it simplifies communication and ensures that senior risk analysis is applied to each task. During our six years of operation, we have successfully completed 250+ projects for commercial, tribal, industrial, and institutional clients, generating a primarily repeat and referral-based project list.
