Our services at Elicia HomeCare Services encompass Housing Stabilization Services (HSS), Personal Care Assistance (PCA), and Special Transportation Services (STS). Personal care assistance (PCA) services provide assistance and support for persons with disabilities, living independently in the community. Housing Stabilization Services is a Minnesota Medical Assistance benefit to help people with disabilities, including mental illness and substance use disorder, and seniors find and keep housing. Special Transportation Services are required to transport people who, due to a physical or mental disability, are unable to use a common carrier. A person can use transitional services to move to their own home or an integrated community support setting; Items and expenses necessary and reasonable for a person to transition from an eligible setting to their own home or an integrated community support setting.
