Hess, Roise and Company is a historical consulting firm based in Minneapolis, and we specialize in identifying, documenting, and rehabilitating historic resources. We have previously worked with the University on compliance review projects related to historically designated buildings on campus and studies of additional buildings and landscapes that might meet eligibility requirements for designation. 

Our dedicated staff includes historians, architectural historians, and researchers, and we meet the Secretary of the Interior’s Professional Qualifications Standards for history and architectural history.
