Our approach is different. We partner with clients to help them navigate a variety of interpersonally-oriented workplace opportunities and challenges and we leverage psychology, biology, and the science of learning to create lasting, impactful change. Since our founding in 2013, The Lumin Group has provided coaching, workshop and retreat facilitation, and cohort-based leadership development programs for small-and medium-sized organizations that range in size from a few dozen employees to 50,000 staff in federal agencies.
The Lumin Group team are "people people" and have specializations in counseling, coaching, and organizational psychology and development making them extraordinarily effective in supporting core or human skill (previously referred to as soft skill) development in the workplace.
