The Lumin Group

Founded in 2013, The Lumin Group is a team and leadership development firm focused on strengthening national and global organizations by developing their most valuable resource - people. We partner with public & private sector organization to help foster positive and productive workplace ecosystems in the ever-changing landscape of work. We do this through the services we offer, but more importantly by the way we work. Our whole team is focused on a single goal: changing the workplace for the better. And we do this by using psychology, biology, neuroscience and research to inform every aspect of our approach.

Individual & Group Coaching

• One-on-one sessions allow individuals to really dig into how to leverage their strengths and address their roadblocks with a growth mindset.
• Group coaching involves 6-8 members who set and share their own goals and learn from facilitated coaching conversations and each other along the way. The accountability and team mindset of a peer group inspires growth for all.

Workshops & Retreats

• We have pre-designed sessions to help teams with specific challenges, or we can partner with you to facilitate something more specific to your needs.
