The Lumin Group

The Lumin Group is a woman-owned and -operated small business based in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Founded in 2013, The Lumin Group provides a range of leadership and team coaching and development services, as well as team and meeting facilitation, all rooted in one important construct – people science. At Lumin, we bring the science of people to work™ so everything we design and/or deliver is grounded in psychology, biology, and/or neuroscience. Specifically, we have a proprietary Centered Leadership™ model that informs our approach to everything we do. We specialize in individual and team professional and leadership development and coaching at all levels, preparing and transitioning technical experts into supervisor and manager roles, improving team dynamics and organizational climate and facilitating impactful meetings, retreats, or workshops.

The Lumin team of coaches, facilitators, and leadership development experts have over 5 decades of combined experience. Lumin’s staff and Independent Consultant partners have advanced degrees and specializations in counseling & clinical psychology, leadership coaching, organizational psychology and human development, and trauma-informed and culturally sensitive coaching and development practices. They are also certified and experienced in administering and explaining a variety of leadership assessments (e.g., Everything DiSC, Agile EQ, The 6 Types of Working Genius, Illuminated Teams Climate Survey™, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Instrument, FIRO-B, the Emotional Quotient Inventory, the Change Style Indicator, Clifton StrengthsFinder, etc.)
