Newbloom AI LLC is a Minnesota-based artificial intelligence implementation and consulting firm that helps organizations adopt AI in practical, secure, and measurable ways. We design and operate production AI systems—document processing, computer-vision intake and cataloging, internal knowledge assistants, and human-reviewed workflow automation—with people reviewing and approving AI output at every step.

We are a certified diverse supplier: a State of Minnesota Certified Veteran-Owned Small Business (Service-Disabled) in the Minnesota Small Business Procurement Program and an SBA-Certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). We are SAM.gov active (UEI XATMCA595DY6, CAGE 16PU9) and a registered State of Minnesota bidder (SWIFT Vendor ID 0001225070). Co-founder and President Ryan Newbloom is a University of Minnesota graduate and a service-disabled veteran.

Our founders built and operate Lot Lingo, a production AI auction-workflow platform that turns photos and notes into accurate, searchable listings—handling descriptions, categorization, and metadata across roughly 2,300 auctions and more than 500,000 lots, with staff approving every listing. That experience maps directly to surplus and reuse operations such as the University's ReUse Program, as well as to administrative document processing, reporting, and staff AI training across University units.

We deliver short, fixed-scope, outcome-based engagements—workflow reviews, pilots, custom AI applications, and training—built around human-in-the-loop review and Azure-native deployment.
