Conduit for Collaboration Consulting, LLC provides strategy and implementation guidance to organizations as they work to disrupt systems of inequity and enhance population health outcomes.

We work with government agencies, academic institutions, community coalitions, clinical networks and hospital systems, NGOs, and community-based organizations.

Our services include, but are not limited to health equity strategic planning, quality improvement projects, health justice learning experiences, community engagement and project management, and organizational culture assessments.
