Four Seasons Energy Efficient Roofing, Inc. is a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small business through the VA, SBA and the state of MN. We have been in business for over 20 years. Our owner and CEO is a Marine Corps combat veteran and Minnesota native. 

FSEER is a Duro-Last Master Contractor. We specialize in low slope/flat roofing solutions and have installed millions of sq ft of Duro-Last roofing. Duro-Last is a PVC reflective and energy efficient roof membrane with an industry leading warranty. The roof system is custom fabricated for each project to cut down on waste and to ensure the accessories are tailormade to each roofing project. We also provide and install all coping and edge metal, scuppers, overflows and commercial downspouts. 

Duro-Last provides an industry leading warranty, including consequential damages should they occur, that is backed by having a Tech Rep inspect every completed job. Being the only manufacturer that provides this level of quality assurance. 

Four Seasons is also a GAF certified contractor. We install asphalt shingles on steep slope projects as well as cedar shakes to CSSB standards. We are also capable of installing standing seam metal roofing panels. We extrude seamless aluminum gutters and install them along with downspouts. 

FSEER also performs roof repairs and service work on all types of existing roofs including: Built Up Roofs (BUR) which consist of tar and gravel, EPDM (rubber roofing) and TPO.

We have installed roofs for small and large companies and have been awarded government contracts. We are conveniently located near the Twin Cities U of M campus. Our office manager is an alumnus of the University of Minnesota as well.
