Invigorated by unearthing new insights that illuminate opportunities for businesses and solve consumer problems, founder, Meredith Speier has honed the art of “hearing” between the lines to find the intersection of consumer needs, business goals and competitive trends.  She has been an innovator in the creation of personas, segmentation models and journey maps, all borne out of custom research initiatives.

InSpeier is a small business entity (SBE) and a women-owned business (WBE), meeting all criteria set forth by the Small Business Administration (SBA). 

Outside of research work, Meredith provided her expertise as an adjunct professor, teaching Marketing at the University of Minnesota School of Journalism and Carlson School of Business for many years. Meredith has consulted in the education space as a partner to Rasmussen College and Capella University, and sits on the board of directors for the Kabara School of Entrepreneurship.

In addition to the education space, Meredith and her small team conduct annual, biannual and ad hoc research for clients in multiple industries, including Inspire Medical, Boston Scientific, 3M, Best Buy, Graco, UnitedHealthcare, Optum, and more.
