Saturday Dumpling Co. is a women-owned, minority-owned small business based in Northeast Minneapolis specializing in modern Chinese cuisine. We provide restaurant-quality food services including catering, wholesale frozen dumplings, and branded culinary activations throughout the Twin Cities metro area.

We offer drop-off catering for university departments, student events, faculty meetings, cultural celebrations, and conferences. Our menu features handmade dumplings, rice bowls, and seasonal specials inspired by Chinese American food traditions. We accommodate a wide range of dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free options. All food is prepared in a licensed kitchen and delivered with consistent quality, presentation, and professionalism.
