The Move Collective

The Move Collective provides organizational development, workplace culture, leadership development, and change management services to public and private sector clients. Services include strategic planning facilitation, team alignment sessions, organizational culture assessments, communication and workflow improvement, leadership coaching, employee engagement support, and workforce development consulting. The Move Collective facilitates workshops, trainings, roundtables, and culture conversations designed to strengthen collaboration, organizational effectiveness, employee retention, and performance.
