We are a small women owned and emerging small business enterprise providing facilitation and mediation services in workplaces, among families and nonprofits.  

Mikki is an experienced certified transformative mediator and transitions coach. She has facilitated groups focusing on grief, loss, disappointment and expectations.  She has a masters certificate in conflict resolution.
