 Keyhubs® (www.keyhubs.com) is a software and services company founded in 2008. At Keyhubs we make the invisible visible by identifying key influencers inside an organization that are driving company culture.

It often surprises senior leaders to find out who these key influencers are, as their perceptions tend to be off. 

For example, being in a position of power does not automatically mean you have influence – or even that your opinion is respected! According to research, leaders are only 30% to 40% accurate in identifying who these influencers are. 

They almost never follow the organizational chart! That’s why it is very important to identify them, retain them, and align them so company culture can be more productive and profitable.
