Founded in 1991 as a woman-owned small business, LEGEND TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. (LEGEND) is a full service, independent, analytical laboratory and industrial hygiene consulting firm based in St. Paul, MN.  

LEGEND’s analytical laboratory offers a variety of state and federally regulated routine environmental analyses along with a number of non-routine analyses.  Our team of experienced chemists, analysts, and client managers provide in-depth support by taking an active role in client projects; from initial sampling and analytical methodologies to data interpretation while focusing on providing accurate, reliable data in a timely manner applicable to our client's needs. LEGEND’s laboratory offers full-service analytical capabilities for soil, water and air in numerous applications along with asbestos and other regulated materials.  LEGEND's laboratory also conducts medical device testing.
