Maroon Consulting offers consulting, coaching, facilitation, and training services focused on equity, anti-racism, anti-oppression, and justice. Owner Lauren L. Jones has 15 years of experience in higher education administration. During that time she has led the creation of a schoolwide  strategic plan for antiracism and guided improved key measures in climate, hiring, and education. She also has experience consulting with state entities and non-profits. She works with individuals and organizations who desire cultural transformation through learning, assessment, and accountability measures .
