Quebracho is a Latin food brand that brings better-for-you convenience through heritage-inspired flavors and family recipes, drawing inspiration from the rich Argentinian Pampas plains, where our Founder is originally from.
Today, the company has 1 product line in the market, frozen empanadas, which are sold both in the retail and foodservice channels.
Our empanadas feature a clean ingredient label, have no artificial ingredients, flavors, or colors; no added preservatives or sugar; and come fully baked and frozen, making them an optimal time-savings choice for school cafeterias and foodservice batch cooking. They can be reheated in commercial convection ovens directly from frozen and in under 20 minutes.
Our current three flavors are inspired in family recipes and include:
- Vegetarian with spinach, ricotta cheese, garlic, black pepper and a dash of nutmeg.
- Creamy chicken, with herbs, lemon, and red bell peppers.
- Mendocino-style savory beef, with olives, egg, cumin and paprika.
