Stevens Engineers is a civil engineering firm that handles projects from concept through construction. We work on a variety of projects from small site development to very large transit projects. Our staff of engineers, technicians, and inspectors utilize their experience to be certain every detail is addressed and the goals of the project are met.  Stevens provides expertise in site layout and grading, utility design and coordination, stormwater management, street and trail design, LEED sustainable design practices, cost estimating, SWPPP and erosion control, and ADA design practices.  While having the technical expertise, our staff also has strong communication skills to work with design professionals, public officials, and citizens.
