At the core of the company's services is structural engineering. Property inspections, analysis of existing conditions, and pertinent structural solutions are offered for Remodeling and Repair projects. Complete structural calculations and drawings for residential and light commercial constructions are offered for New and Addition projects.

Supplement to the company's core service is forensic investigation of various damages to a property. Travel to the property site is arranged for the engineer, then damage inspection and collection of pertinent information are performed. The causes and extent of damages are subsequently determined and a damage report is issued. When necessary, the engineer serves as an expert witness and testifies in arbitration or court proceedings.
