The Woke Coach
The Woke Coach is a Black-, woman-, minority-owned business. Because we believe racial equity is the defining issue of our time, we help our clients move "From Ally to Accomplice®". We offer a variety of customized programs to support wherever you or your organization is at on your diversity, equity, inclusion, antiracism, and accessibility (DEIAA) journey.
• Brave Space Discussions offer a series of interactive dialogues to help participants deepen their analysis, develop further understanding, and grow in learning around issues of racism, bias, and injustice. These sessions may be used for a DEIAA working group, BIPOC Affinity Space, or general groups of employees as needed.
• Organizational Survey is prepared and administered to discover company-wide attitudes and awareness of DEIAA work, provide information on organizational culture, and help our team tailor curriculum and programming.
• All Employee Engagements are customizable engagements designed for entire teams or organizations and are tailored to your needs.
• Executive Coaching sessions are designed to help individuals better understand their leadership style, and grow their leadership capacity as it relates to issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Developmental Coaching sessions are for individuals or small groups. These are designed as active working sessions to define and approach company-specific goals, create a strategy, or problem-solve.
• Keynote Speeches are interactive and intended to help participants move From Ally to Accomplice®. These engagements are designed to inspire growth, encourage company discussion, and facilitate group learning.
• From Ally to Accomplice® is our flagship cohort-model program designed for groups of up to 15 participants. It's available in 12-month, 8-month, or 5-month variations. These programs are specifically designed for leaders who are committed to authentic personal and professional cultural competency, leadership development, and creating inclusive workplaces.
• Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) is administered by The Woke Coach to members of your team. The IDI assesses participants' current level of intercultural competence and makes concrete plans for improvement.
