Rangam strongly believes in the urgent need for companies worldwide to implement multi-prong environmental sustainability programs with actionable items and milestones to reach throughout an ever-evolving sustainability plan. We are currently working with Sustainability Professionals on how we should create the most effective and feasible for creating and growing our sustainability program. Until then, we have moved to complete the following steps to assist with lowering our impact on our planet: 
•    Carbon Footprint Reduction: Internal staff moved to a fully remote work model. 
•    Energy Reduction: We have in place LED monitors that are up to 20-30% energy efficient. 
•    Water Use Reduction: Installed sensor faucets in our offices, build awareness around avoiding wasting water, and regularly check water systems for leaks and defects.
•    Waste Reduction: Set photocopiers and printers to print on both sides, encourage a paperless environment, and recycle waste/e-waste materials.
